Hello everyone! I am now a CIA alumni! AOS class of 2020 and BPS class of 2021. I am now back in the Rockton area for good! You can find my delicious cake sold by the slice at Sam’s Pizza in Rockton. I will also be participating in the Rockton River Market yet again this summer, I hope to see you all there! I have improved so much since I started this business and I cannot wait for you all to try my baked goods!
Summer 2020
Hello Everyone! I know I have been away for a long time but I will be home all summer!! I am hoping to participate in the Rockton River Market again and do a couple of side orders! I will also be catering my cousin’s wedding this summer. I am very excited to be home this summer but I am even more excited to be furthering my education by doing the bachelor’s program at the CIA. starting fall of 2020 I will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in food business management at CIA’s main campus in Hyde Park, New York with a concentration in baking and pastry where I will return to the California campus summer of 2021.

Hi Guys! I have learned so much already being here since September! Most recently I have learned how to make cherry and apple pie! I will be coming back home for Thanksgiving; however, due to lack of time Simply Sweet will not be taking orders for Thanksgiving. I will most likely be taking orders for Christmas but not many (and not cake truffles… sorry!) so if you want any cookies or pies let me know soon!
The Culinary Institute of America
Hello all, currently I am not taking orders because on September 9th, I am leaving for college! I am attending the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone located in California(the number one pastry school in America!) and will not be back until Christmas. I am not sure if I will be accepting orders then, but I will definitely let you all know!
Rockton river market!
Hey guys!!! Starting on July 11th, Simply Sweet will have a booth at the Rockton River market every Wednesday until August 29th! We will have a variety of cake truffles, chocolate chip cookies, and sugar cookies! I hope to see you all then!
